How can I get your menu?
You can view our 2-week menu here. You can also sign-up on our website here to receive your weekly menu via email.
How often do you change your menu?
Our menu changes weekly and we do our best to keep it seasonal.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order via email at [email protected], by phone at 514-979-4169 or directly on our website here. Once we receive your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email and your total cost.
What is the deadline to place an order?
The deadline to place an order is Sunday @ noon for the following week. On Wednesday or Thursday of each week a menu is emailed to our members. Another reminder email is sent on Sunday morning. To receive the menu via email please sign-up here.
When will I receive my dinner?
We deliver your dinner between 3:30pm and 5:30pm the same day we cook it, that is, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday. If you will not be home during that period of time, please leave a cooler out. Please ensure that your cooler will fit a couple of take-out containers. Please note that occasionally, and for reasons outside of our control (traffic, weather etc.), we may deliver after 5:30pm.
I won't be home when you deliver, can I still place an order?
Yes! If you are not home between 3:00pm-6:00pm please leave a cooler out. Please ensure that your cooler will fit a couple of take-out containers. During the summer months, you can also add an ice pack.
Will my dinner be delivered warm?
Our dinners are cooked and delivered the same day, however, they will need to be reheated. Please refer to our Reheating Instructions for help.
How do I pay?
You can pay cash, check made out to Kelly Fraser or via e-transfer to [email protected]. If you need an invoice/receipt, please let us know.
My husband is a meat-lover and I'm a vegetarian, can I order a single portion of each?
Our minimum order for each option is 2 adult portions; we do not provide single portions.
How much does a meal cost?
Our dinner meals cost $20 /portion on Tuesday (includes dessert) and $17/portion on Wednesday and Thursday (no dessert available). You can order for one, two or all three days. Save by ordering all three days! Check our website for prices here.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
For deliveries in the West Island (from Lachine to Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue) the delivery fees range between $3-8 per day, please contact us for the charge to your address. Order all 3 days and get one day free!
We do not deliver off-island, however, you can pick up. We are located in Dorval, 724A Blvd. Montreal-Toronto, H9S 1A1.
Do you make kid's meals/portions?
Although we try to design our menu with children in mind, we do not offer meals specifically for kids nor do we offer kid's portions. If your family consists of small children, consider ordering fewer adult portions. Our portions are generous; 3 adult portions can easily feed a family of 4-5 with 2-3 small children (depending on appetite).
Do you provide dessert with the meals?
We offer dessert with Tuesday's meal only. If you would rather skip dessert, just let us know.
I have food allergies, can you help?
Generally speaking, yes! Making our meals from scratch allows use to make adjustments as needed. If you have an intolerance or an allergy, please check in with us, we may be able to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination won't occur, therefore, if your allergy is a serious one, you may need to consider another option.
Are your meals organic or gluten-free?
Our meals are made with fresh, good-quality ingredients like we would use for our own families. However, they are not organic nor gluten-free.
Can I use my gift certificate for your dinner meals?
Yes! Our dinner meals cost $20/portion (Tuesday, includes dessert) and $17/portion (Wednesday& Thursday), you can order either our meat-lover option or vegetarian option or both. You can order for 1 day, 2 days or all three days. Please note that our minimum order is 2 adult portions and that a delivery fee may apply.
My friend is sick and I would like to send her a week's worth of dinners, can I do that?
Yes! Simply place an order, provide your method of payment and the address to where we will be making the delivery. Please note that delivery fees will be based on the delivery address.
How large are your portions?
Our portions are quite generous! In order to determine what quantity to order, give us a try by opting for less portions and increasing later as required.
What about Monday and Friday, do you deliver on those days?
Mondays are reserved for grocery shopping and Fridays for recharging our batteries! Therefore, we do not deliver on those days.
